St Collins Lane will also house the first Debenhams Department Store in Australia which will open mid-2017. Many of the new operators will continue to open in the months ahead.
• The Colliers Melbourne CBD project leasing team played an integral part in securing many of these new retailers. Subsequently, our management team worked tirelessly to assist J.P. Morgan on the complex due diligence required in breaking up the hotel and retail components into two stratum lots, resulting in our appointment to manage the asset.

• In xxx 2018 Colliers International was appointed to manage Woolworths Group Limited’s 169 assets in XX locations across Australia.
• Transition: Over 8-weeks our geographically diverse team of real estate management experts successfully transitioned over 169 assets, from various external agencies. Since the initial transition we have helped Woolworth Group Limited offboard and onboard properties as they diversify their portfolio. Currently, our team manages 188 assets for Woolworths Group Limited.
