• Colliers International managed the global tender process which included the creation of tender material to highlight the visionary brief received by AMP Capital.
• Colliers reviewed submissions and shortlisted the pool to six operators. The operators are a mix of co-working providers and traditional serviced office companies.
As a result of our advisory services, AMP are in the final stages of appointing an operator to support this world class new precinct.
In 2018, WMS assisted with the transition of three Melbourne sites into the brand new development at Melbourne Quarter, commenced at Parramatta and Brisbane.
We have an exclusive team of over 35 for Lendlease’s Workplace Management Services. We also provide transition services; within Lendlease HQ, the team transitioned over 2000 employees across 10 floors, equating to 23,000sqm. Prior to Lendlease people moving into the new office, the team provided workplace advisory, training and transition management for 3 months.
As the curator of services, we have been able to facilitate these requirements and partner with Lendlease to ensure their workplace operates at the highest level possible for internal and external guests (employees and clients).
