Colliers were appointed to provide Tenant Advisory and Project Management services for Nine’s new Sydney headquarters following the sale of their Willoughby site.
• Nine were the first pre-commitment tenant to the building enabling Colliers to achieve significant cost savings and design outcomes to meet Nine’s unique requirements.
• The new site negotiations included purpose built studio space, major upgrades to all building services, secured parking, secure lobby area, exclusive end of trip facilities and external terrace and signage branding.
