Northern Beaches Hospital, NSW
Overview
This Public Private Partnership project involved the delivery of a new 488-bed hospital, including a large integrated emergency department, state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit, 20 operating theatres, impatient units, maternity, ambulatory care, consulting suites, a modern mental health facility, GP clinic and 1,400 parking spaces in a multi-storey carpark. As a private hospital treating both public and private patients, NBH is the first facility of its kind in NSW. In addition, it will be a 4-Star Green Star facility. As the client-side Project Manager, Colliers International Project Management is managing the design, cost, program, construction, approvals, key stakeholder management and quality components on behalf of the operator Healthscope. Concurrently with design approvals, we are responsible for overseeing the procurement, delivery and subsequent commissioning of the hospital. In addition, as part of the Infrastructure works, our role includes interface with authorities such as the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, Roads and Maritime Services, Ausgrid and Sydney Water.
Serene Living, NSW
Overview
Serene Living was a $20 million Retirement Living project at Tweed Heads. The project had a range of apartments over six levels, including a large rooftop garden oasis, heated pool, spa, gym, library, cinema, games room and resort bus. The team were appointed as Project Manager, Superintendent and Quantity Surveyor, involved from concept, managing approvals and coordinating consultants through to being Superintendent during construction.

Overview
Barwon Health is a health care provider in Australia, with services ranging from hospital, rehabilitation, elderly care, community health centres and mental health services. Colliers have been providing Strategic Advisory, Occupier Services, Project Management and Real Estate Management across their assets in Victoria.
