Overview
Colliers International was appointed as the sole agency to divest the Wakefield Hospital and properties after a competitive submission process. We ran a comprehensive international Expressions of Interest campaign, presenting a strong repositioning and redevelopment vision, targeting close to 80 parties locally, interstate and overseas, including China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The Result
The campaign attracted strong response including 7 offers in the first round following inspections.
